Be Sexy and Saucy in a Plus Size Minidress
So you'd like to buy a plus the size minidress. The minidress is fast becoming popular - again. We say "again" because the minidress is not new. It's still possible, on places like eBay, to find minidresses, including plus size minidresses, from the 50s and 60s. We've just been looking at one.The minidress is just a version of the miniskirt, but instead of being a skirt it's a dress. And it's certainly a mini, usually coming somewhere around half way between the hips and the knees, depending on your preference. It can certainly be higher.
It goes without saying that a mini dress, including a plus size minidress, shows a lot of a womans legs. And of course a womens plus size minidress shows a lot of a plus size womans legs.
Now we're all for being sexy. We love sexy. And there are lots of ways for plus size women to dress and be sexy. Choose your clothes right and any woman, no matter her size, can look sexy. However, in many cases, including plus size lingerie, looking sexy is not about showing off as much skin as possible. It's more about covering up the good bits in a way that suggests how good they would look uncovered.
However for many women, small or large, a miniskirt, won't work well. If you've got great legs then show them off. If not, and that includes many women who wear small sizes, then it doesn't work. You're much better off wearing something longer and slinkier and creating the sexy look more subtlely.
We've seen some minidresses and miniskirts on skinny women which look terrible. A minidress does not always do much for bony or skinny legs.
We make this comment for plus size women who are looking for a womens plus size mini dress to wear when out and about. Know your best features and dress to take advantage of them. If you're a plus size woman with great legs then wear a mini dress and you'll look great. But, whatever size you are, if you don't have great legs then emphasize your legs in other ways.
However you can always be saucy and sexy in a plus size minidress. It's a great way to greet your man when he comes home. Knock him dead in a minidress or a miniskirt when he opens the door and you never know what can happen. There are all sorts of things you can do at home that aren't ideal for out, but if you love it then why not. You don't have to create a look for anyone other than the 2 of you.
There are some wonderful saucy and sexy plus size mini dresses to choose from, many you'd never wear out anyway.
So if you're in the market for a womens plus size mini dress or for mini skirts in plus sizes then think about when and where. Consider your best features, make the most of them, then if it will work well buy that perfect plus size minidress to wear out. If not then why not at home. It will be a hit.
